The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping Conditions

Delivery is carried out within Germany and to the following countries:
Austria and Switzerland, as well as the countries listed below.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping rate of €4.99 per order.

From an order value of €70.00, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

International Deliveries:

We charge the following flat shipping rates for international deliveries:

Zone 1 Austria : 7,99€
Switzerland: 19,00€

Shipping costs: 12,99€
European Union
Zone 2 Shipping costs: 16,99€
United Kingdom, Northern Ireland
Zone 3 Shipping costs: 19,99€
Rest of Europe

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany will take place within 5–7 working days, and for international deliveries within 7–8 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment (unless otherwise agreed). In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
